A Fine Portrait

This is one of my godchildren’s drawing when he was six. He just turned 8 last Friday. I can’t believe it’s already been 2 years since I received this. I love the fact that the limbs and hair are almost the same length. This is one of my favorite portraits.

Awww... I am already fantasising about getting paper and paint out in the garden and letting little L have her way with it.
Have a lovely day!

Side note, I see what you're saying about my page and the ability to leave comments. I'm always logged in so I didn't see that I couldn't make comments until just a while ago. I need to find a way to fix that.

Hi Ben,
Thank you for visiting us last week. It was nice seeing your beautiful family. By the way, Sam bought some seed for Ayame.

P.S. I'll be visiting your site soon!

How sweet you still have that drawing. I'll have to say, nothing I did when I was that age survived, except a shoebox that I kept my favorite things in, on which I made a drawing and wrote "Teri's Things" on the inside of the box, not sure why, as you couldn't see it when the box was closed, lol. That box only survived because I kept it at my nana's and she saved it for me, along with some Steiff stuffed animals and some Beyer plastic horses, which I treasure still.
