I went to Michael’s last week to buy some frames. They were 50% off and I bought three. Even with 50% discount they’re still pretty pricey. I don’t know how often they put the frames on sale but this month it was up for a week and ended last Saturday. I’m sure there’s a way of knowing when the next sale is – I just have to find out.
My bedroom wall is filled with artwork besides my own. But I took some photos of my framed paintings today. I had to position them on the floor.
I’m going to keep buying frames until I have all of my paintings framed. Perhaps one day I’ll open an art gallery (hahaha).

have a good day!
You had fun shopping, and framing is expensive...I have some antique prints we got in England still waiting for frames, like for 7 years now!!
I remember getting a birthday card once that said something I still giggle about even now...
"You know when you are grown-up...
when all your posters have frames"
You asked me if I go to cat shows...yep! Used to do it a lot, like once a month. Then when Mike and I got our National win with Nacho (that's the cat in the sink getting a bath) we were out a lot!! Every weekend from January til the end of April, that was in 2005.
Now, I am cutting back, as it's just not as much fun without Mike and it's expensive and you don't win cash prizes, lol. But if you want to go to a good show, there is one in early September every year at the Dulles Expo Center, lots of cats and lots of vendors.
