I had a five day vacation and spent most of my days in Montreal and the remaining day in Vermont. I wish I were riding in a hot air balloon so I could go to places faster – there were so many things to see but so little time.

I went to see
Jardin Daniel A. Seguin and
Montreal Botanical garden in Quebec. Montreal Botanical garden was the biggest garden I have ever seen. It took us almost 8 hours to walk the whole place. After Canada I went to Vermont to visit one of my very best friends
Sachan a.k.a the “craziest cat lady” and get to meet Goma in person. He was surprisingly elusive – I had to offer him
bonito flakes to buy his affection.

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures that we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.

I love the fish in the pond. Am going on a trip on Monday - 1,400 miles in a week. Would love an air balloon as well. But then, road trips give you this great sense of how much of a distance you really make.
Oh, the gardens are lovely...and you got to meet Goma?! Bonita flakes, what a splendid temptation!
